Ok, so I am bias, and I will always recommend the Colington Cafe in Kil Devil Hills. I threw your question out on Twitter, and will list the responses as I get them.

MartinMMC, an OBX friend, recommended the The Black Pelican.

Another recommendation you will be sure to get is for Awful Arthurs.

But for me, The Colington Cafe is always our choice when looking for a great restaurant.
