Outer Banks Calendar of Events: Find Out What's Happening During Your Stay
The Outer Banks calendar of events is intended to provide you with a listing of events, festivals, and other happenings that you may want to enjoy during your stay on the Outer Banks. Where possible, the time of the event has been included with a brief description of the event or festival. By clicking on the description, more details of the event are provided. In any view (daily, weekly, monthly, 4 day, or agenda), clicking on the event that interests you will provide all of the relevant information. The calendar view can be changed by clicking on the tabs at the top right corner to achieve the view you wish (Day, Week, Month, 4 Day, Agenda. Based on what view you have up at the time will determine what will be printed.
In the monthly view, you may see something like "+ 2 more". Due to the number of events for that day, there was not enough space to display all events. By clicking on "+ 2 more" or whatever the number is, the other events will be listed.
The weekly view will provide by hour details as to when each event occurs. This may be helpful in structuring your day.
You can print out the calendar in several ways, including daily, weekly, and monthly or as a task list that will show only the event and time of the event. In every case, there is a phone number or webpage to gather more information.
If you know of an upcoming event that is not listed on the calendar, please follow the directions for Event Holders listed below.

If recurring: beginning and end date.
Description of the Event
Phone Number/email/website for more information
