Jolly Roger, a sure winner.

Spouse and I don't get the chance to visit the Outer Banks as often as we used to, but the Jolly Roger in Kill Devil Hills is a must when we do visit. the atmosphere is rather eclectic, but cozy. They DO HAVE THE BEST BREAKFAST! The staff will bend over backwards to make you happy.
