Do you have a house to rent to people under 25?

Hello,
My name is Rebecca Snyder. I am 23 years old. My fiance and I are getting married in September. Our first vacation together was to Nags Head and we loved it and the Outer Banks is where we would like to go on our honeymoon. We are bringing most of our wedding party and some family and friends. I can't find a single house that I am able to rent cause I am under 25. Do you have anything that can help me.

I have a few solutions for you

Dear Rebecca,

First, congratulations on your impending wedding! That is very exciting.

It is quite difficult for a "non-family group" to rent on the Outer Banks. This is part of a wedding, so there might be more people willing to accomodate this request. First, I have two rental properties on OBX (Duck and Salvo). Unfortunately, neither is in Nags Head. If you contact me through the "contact form" on the house page (click on either house in the right hand column), I can supply you some information. I will need teh dates you plan to stay.

If you are set on Nags Head or if you want more options, contact Brenda Horn or DeAnna Cherry at Sun Realty at 1-800-843-2033. They will also be able to help.

Finally, whenever these things get posted, there are usually a few more rental companies that reply, so keep your eye out for other replies to your posting.
